I confess to being a lifelong collector. I think anyone who has been in our store knows this well. In addition to music recordings I collect music memorabilia, art and assorted others of that ilk. Some of what I have collected is now for sale in the store though much still remains in my private collection. For some items it is time for them to make some other collector as proud to own them as was when I first acquired them.
Every month or two we feature for sale one fabulous collectors item in the gallery corner of the vinyl room. Right now we have a performance outfit worn by the one and only Cher. It is authentic and certified so, with paperwork to verify that. It was donated by Cher to a charity auction which is how we came to own it. It is a two piece outfit, bolero jacket and jumpsuit, in a gorgeous green and gold stretchy fabric. Additionally we have the green/gold hand made Italian leather boots she wore with it. They are spectacular, virtually new and highly fashionable right now.
